60 Day Bikram Yoga Challenge




I started Bikram Yoga in 2007.  April 1st to be exact.  I feel in love with it immediately.  Well, I didn't really love the heat and the difficulty at first, but I was hooked and I didn't really know why.  I just kept coming back.  I knew I needed it.  I've never been one to stick to exercise routines very well,  but in spite of that this yoga became my passion.  For the first three years I practiced consistently.  5 to 6 days a week and at least two challenges a year.  When I started this blog I just wanted to write about my experiences.  What I didn't realize was that I would connect with an incredible online Bikram community and meet many of you in person, or at least "on facebook with real names".
